1. Track my shipment
Within two days, you will recieve an email with shipper's name and tracking number. Please enter your tracking number into the appropriate shippers box to get status.

2. Estimated delivery times
Most orders ship out within 2 business days and take between 5-10 business days to arrive if going by freight carrier. FedEx and UPS shipments are usually faster. We have the capability of Express Freight shipping for an extra charge. Please contact us for a quote on express shipping.

3. Liftgate service
If shipping to a residential neighborhood and your shipment is over 100 lbs, we request that you add the liftgate service at checkout. The liftgate service is a platform at the back of the delivery freight truck that lowers your shipment to the ground. You are responsible for your shipment from there.

4. Damage claims
Please check all shipments for damage before signing off from driver. In the event of shipping damage, note it with the driver to file a shipping claim. Next, notify BTU Direct, LLC to help expedite the process. We will process all claims with a high priority.
